House Rules
Enjoying Ocho, Together
Our aim is simple: to create a place where every member and guest can enjoy the club’s spaces, atmosphere and service to the fullest, with warmth and respect for one another. Members are responsible for their guests throughout their visit. Below is a friendly summary of our key house rules. The full rules of the club are always available on request, or just ask the team.
Dress Code. Smart casual throughout the club. We’d ask you to avoid tracksuits, sportswear, flip flops and clothing with large or offensive logos. The General Manager’s decision on matters of dress is final.
Guests. Members may bring guests aged 18 and over. Up to 3 guests can join for drinks without notice. Larger groups are best arranged with the team in advance. Guests should be signed in and accompanied by their host member throughout their visit, and members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and any charges incurred.
Children. Welcome within Mirari Restaurant, accompanied by an adult, until 7pm.
Phones, Laptops and Other Devices. To keep the relaxed feel of the club, please keep phones on silent, with headphones for calls. Laptops are welcome in Hudson, Jackie, Bardem and the Salon between 9am and 5pm. Do check availability with the team before using meeting rooms.
Photography and Privacy. Please respect the privacy of fellow members and their guests at all times, and don’t photograph anyone without their permission.
Smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted on the terrace. Please avoid standing on the entrance steps while smoking.
Dogs. Welcome 9am to 6pm, on a lead or in a carrier. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome.
Neighbours and Noise. Please make sure you and your guests respect our neighbours and leave quietly.
A Few Practical Notes. Overcoats, umbrellas and bags should be left in the cloakroom, at the member’s own risk. Food and drink brought from outside isn’t permitted, except for corkage at the General Manager’s discretion.
